Default cranks but no fire

howdy, had enough of trial and error and new to the forum thing. got a 96 2500 6.5 300000 k on her, couple weeks ago the starter started giving me a fuss so i parked the truck till i had time to deal with it. It ran, started and worked good up until then. in the week before i got around to it the weather decided to go to ****(-30 for a week straight), so i slapped in a new starter and turned the key, cranks great but does not even try to fire. instantly knew its a fuel issue so checked filter, its decent. bypassed filter to see if worked, nothing. Injector lines off all cylinders in firing order, just a bit of fuel through each when cranking. opened water drain and cranked, while lift pump jumped and my shop vac rigged up to dump port, yeah i know. hoping its not the IP, guessing it could be electrical? ive got the red *** something fierce, anybody had similar problems or got any insight?

Have you relocated the PMD? If so do you have a spare PMD? Having a spare PMD on hand is a must when you own a electronic injected 6.5.

Yes the PMD is fragile so to speak they will work one day and then not you really want it behind the license plate on inside of front bumper and out of the engine compartment all together.

And I know this isn't what you want to hear but the only way to rule out the PMD is to have a good spare on hand and swap it out.
