Default 6.5L No start, random shut downs, random startups. !!!!help!!!!

Hello All.

I run halfway home here in Florida. We need a truck to haul things from the farm attached to the home.
I bought a 1994 Chevy 6.5l.

The owner had already changed the PMD,ac, ignition switch, etc.
Said it didn't have any trouble anymore. I believed him.

We drove it from Miami To Tampa. So around 300 miles.

When almost home, the truck shut off. Just died on the highway. Tried turning it over a few times wouldn't start. We waited for around 30 mins trying to figure it out. Then it fired right up

Started up the next morning.
Didn't start the morning after.
Started up later that afternoon but died.
Ok.....

Tapped the dash aboard after it started because the temp gauge was stuck.. truck died.
Turned on the ac after truck started truck died
Closed driver door truck died...

Then tried to reproduce those things again and the truck didn't have any issues for a day...
Then it would never start.... Waited a week.. Tried it everyday. And then It started up....just like that....????!?!? ?Drove it to a shop ... died on the way... Then it was fine for a couple of days. I am a chaplain and was driving to the jail... and then the truck died. .... Took it home, was trying to get it to the shop when I noticed the WTS light..

IF the WTS hung for 6-8 Secs it would start every-time...
If not it wouldn't start...
replaced the Glow plug relay.
Run for a day and night. Then It died the next morning on the way to the jail. Couldn't get a long WTS light. Checked the Fuel when the switch was on and it pouring out... right on to the engine part with all the wires like pmd extension and whatever wire were there.. (didn't notice the hose was cut. The truck gave me a long light. Got to the jail ... and then made it home....Then the next morning she gave me a long light then she died when i touched the wire mass center to the engine. Doesn't turn on since. It will not give me a WTS 6 second light.
Check the grounds in the fire wall...nothing.
Tried around the ecm....nothing
Fuel is still coming out while on.

I have tried a new PMD (already relocated by previous owned) didn't seem to help...

Help Please?

Did they use an AC Delco or GM ignition switch?

Sounds like a lose or faulty wire or connection.

I have been replacing my engine wiring harnesses as I work on my 6.5's

Did you add grounds?

I do the Allen screw battery bolt upgrade, then add grounds to the stud at the back of the engine, the frame, to the right side battery box - to augment or replace the screw to the inner fender, to the Injection Pump - there should be a small ground on top of the pump, to the PMD heat sink and from the heater blower to the dash mount bolt just a few inches away.

You may have something lose from the ignition install or a faulty new ignition switch.

On a 94 you will also want to do the dual lift pump relay upgrade. If you do it yourself, do not follow the instructions - as in - do not cut and splice any wires.

Make it plug and play like the harness upgrade that leroydiesel.com sells. You will want to do this upgrade regardless of what is wrong with your truck. It will save grief, labor and money later. Use 14 ga. wire - minimum

There are also grounds under the dash on the driver's side
