Default 98 6.5 getting 4th injector pump

I bought a 98 K2500 and am currently installing my 4th injector pump. Have bought the first one off ebay (junk when I got it). The last 2 came from Oriely s. Have new Pmd which is reloacted behind bumper. New filter and pick up assembly with new screen. Not understandinG why my truck is eating 1000$ pumps.

there isnt enough information here to hep you, whats the question? what have you done to prove they are bad? what else have you checked? what kind of shape is the rest of the electrical and fuel supply system? how much peanut butter does it take to climb mt rushmore?

Not a climber but the trucks electrical is good, no codes in computer. Fuel system is all new from the tank to the injector pump. Tried new pmd. Changed pump ran good for three months. Quit pumping fuel again tried pmd. New pump, and it runs again.

Didn't know if there was anythinG besides contaminated fuel, Which is why I replaced everything from the tank to the injector pump, that would cause a pump to go out... maybe just bad remanufactured injector pumps sold to me from the auto parts store.

pump under warranty each time? If there is good flow at the pumps inlet and the rest of the electrical system is good dont know what to tell you. Stop buying oreilly's parts?

6.5 DS4-5521 Injection Pump :: SSDiesel Supply :: GM 6.5 TD Specialists

$675 and built by standyne On the flip side i just installed a zero mile standyne rebuild in my s10 and it appears the optical sensor is bad so.. I think we are both having **** luck.
