if anyone could help me out i would greatly appreciate it! i have a 92 chevy 6.5 diesel i recently put a new injector pump in it and since then it is hard starting when cold always smokes alot of white smoke and has no power anyone know what could be wrong?

That would be the first thing I'd check...and then double check the double check.

Mark/scribe it, and move it ahead just a bit.

just a guess, but when it wont start and completly seizes thats what it is...

im havin the exact same problem, i think its either the injectors, or the fuel pump, but im not sure, did u ever fix it????

 

Remand injector pump might have taken out an injector or two.

 

i would also check the timing and your injectors those would be first to go

 

i found out it the injector pump its putting 2 much diesel, my great uncle whos been a mechanic 4 30 years, said unburned diesel is white, i thought it was black but thats wat he said
