Install a DE 4" Performance Exhaust System for starters..
$250 shipped in cont us. Definitely registered on the buttdynometer.
You may find you dont need anything else..

Best way to get more power is to make sure it has all the power it was meant to from the factory then let the little add ons add up until all you have left is the turbo and tune.

Keep the factory round air filter box, order a aem dry flow replacement filter.

As said 4" exhaust (typically has 3" down pipe included). Also don't forget you need a good flowing crossover pipe.

Also you need to make sure you have good fuel pressure. A stock lift pump for a 93 6.5 is a little higher out put but you need to make sure you have over 2psi at full throttle why moving. A fuel psi gauge in your truck is a must in my opinion. If your truck can't maintain over 2psi fuel psi at wot you will need to get a bigger lift pump (there are a few things to check but it's going to get upgraded eventually)

Boost and egt gauges will help you know where you stand too.

Get your injectors rebuilt every 100k miles. Don't fall for the marine or added HP injectors, fuel is controlled my the pump via ecm tune.

Look into the Feed the Beast mod, not needed until you really want to poor the coals to it.

I've seen a 100% stock tuned truck with all the upgrades run 190 HP on a dyno, that same truck tuned will do 220 HP, swap a bigger turbo and your hitting 250 rwhp. Then you get into cams, Harland sharp rockers, mechanical pump swap, ported pre cups, triple disk billet torque converters and input shafts, blue print and balanced engines, and all to get a little over 300hp to the ground. It's all fun but you can buy a different truck to have your fun in and enjoy your reliable and economical truck that can still do work when needed

stacks dont make power, they just grant you access to garth brooks concerts.
I don't care what you say that's funny right there
