need to replace trans in my 94 6.5 td 2 wheel dr its coming with updates for a 99 was just wondering if I need to change my computer? trans is coming from all star automotive from Denver Colorado.

I'm not sure what "updates to 99" are being cited as necessary

94 is a OBD-I puter/chip burn OBD-I was stopped in 96 so I don't understand term "updates to 99"

99 is OBD-II puter/ECM requiring reprogram whole PCM
