I have not checked for power to the solenoid. How do I do that? What am I looking for?

From Turbine Doc: What are volts across solenoid plug, I just checked mine at idle & I have 13V, unplug yours at the solenoid and read volts across the 2 pins, use care to not short them together. If you have voltage then only thing left is the solenoid again
