92/93 does not need a turbomaster because that is how it operates from stock.

the original 92/93 gm3 turbo is already equipped with a spring operated wastegate-only 94+(gm 4,5,8) need the option of a turbomaster because they have failure prone vacuum operated wastegates with ECM control.
