I use a combination of Dialectic grease and Kopr Kote. I use Kopr Kote on a grounds and other similar connections. Seems to last a lot of years.
The dialectic I use on the rubber grommets on all the plugs.
Being non-conductive - I have seen dialectic grease actually block connections that were weak to begin with.
