Default glow plugs 6.5

looking for info about changing glow plugs been told could be trouble:

Not a big deal. Back passenger side is a pain to get to. The tips can be swollen which makes them hard to pull out but manageable. Don't get crazy and break a tip off. I think most people are using bosch duratherms.
