i am going to plug it in tonight and see if it starts in the morning, I finally did get it running again, i plugged it in for maybe an hour and charged the batteryies back up and after just a few cranks it fired up. since then i have run it shut it off for about 3 hours and it fired right back up again. You think this is a glow plug issue, seems strange that it would just all of a sudden happen. but i guess if it fires right up in the morning after being plugged in that will tell me.

Glow plugs was going to be my next diagnosis,be it the controller or blown fusible links in the harness or plugs themselves?

There are many fusible links.

Each bank for the haerness has 1 and then each glow plug wire also has it's won fusible link.

You might want to buy a new harness from PT Wiring Solutions on ebay?
