Default 1993 Chevy 3/4 ton turbo waste gate actuater

Hi,
K guys I have a question on my 1993 Chevy 3/4 with a 6.5
Diesel my turbo has the actuator on the passenger side and I
Noticed it didn't have a vacuum line going to the actuator.
Is it a bad thing that it doesn't have one going to it?
If it needs one where would it hook up to, and will that improve
Any power to it.
Thanks guys any help will be appreciated.

93 is the only year of a mechanical actuator-no vacuum.
Basically what Heath Diesel modeled the turbomaster after.

Thanks a racer55
So I can just disregard the vacuum port?
One other question is there a way to increase
Boost lever just slightly?

There should not be any vacuum port on the wastegate actuator.

If there is,then someone changed the turbo and you are now in need of turbomaster.
