Default I've come to play...

I've had a couple duramaxes and a 6.5 over the years. Finances have changed. I've been truckless for a year and its been a pain on the farm. I'm nit financially set enough to get a dmax. I've been looking for a 6.5 for a couple months.

I found this one on clist. The pics are from the ad. It's a out off state truck and the guy is waiting on the new title. I went and looked at it tonight and gave him a deposit. When the title comes in I'll get the truck. Not bad for $3500. Its a rst regal conversion. Driver seat is worn and front fenders are rusted. I test drive her and looked it over the best I could in the dark. Pmd looks factory. 4x4 162000 miles.I've come to play...-uploadfromtaptalk1391654844111.jpgI've come to play...-uploadfromtaptalk1391654860532.jpgI've come to play...-uploadfromtaptalk1391654870725.jpgI've come to play...-uploadfromtaptalk1391654879361.jpg

GM tended to luanch the next model year in august or sept of the preceeding year.

So sept 93 was a 94 electronic but july 93 would be a mechanical 93.

That date is for the conversion. So I would assume the truck is a few months older maybe more than when they did the conversion.

I'll have to check when I get it Friday.

find out if the injectors have been changed. The 6.5's should have the injectors changed every 100,000 miles.

A hole in a piston can result from a leaking injector
