Default 1984 6.2, Persistant H2O Lamp/low power

My H2O lamp started coming on but went out when I let up on the throttle. After about two hours of driving it came on solid and the power slowly dropped. I barely got home. After sitting, it started right up again. I swapped out the filter and it seemed ok. After getting up to speed, the light came back on and power dropped. No water is seen when I drain the filter assy. Is this a lift pump or pickup issue? Maybe a wax issue?

Fuel is a nice caramel color.

New thought, could it be a fuel tank vacuum issue? Cap not breathing?

OK, here's what I have learned. I apparently put the wrong water remover in the tank. I put yellow HEET in 35 gallons of fuel. I realized it and put in some Diesel Fuel treatment. I am now about halfway through the tainted fuel. Yellow HEET has Methyl instead of Isopropyl alcohol. If I replace the filter, it runs for a short while and needs another filter. I believe the Methyl is pulling excess wax into solution and clogging filters. Any advice I can get will be helpful. I am running with a box of filters on hand and have gotten real good at swapping them. Is there any other solution? No water is being seen.

If anyone knows a chemistry trick, I would appreciate their help.
