Default 95 6.5

i have a 95 that i just replaced injection pump now i can not get it to stop smoking i used a tech 1 scanner to time it is there anything else i need to do.

What is the current TDCO value?
What color smoke and when is it smoking?During accelleration or at all times?

The tdco is -1.44 and it is smoking all the time

-1.44 TDCO is very close to ideal timing-leave it as is,it's not too far advanced.

White smoke is likely coolant burning or bad injectors set at too low a pop pressure or dripping/worn out.
Or low compression.
