1995 K3500 6.5 turbo- Electrical??

1995 K3500 6.5 turbo- Electrical??
Out of the blue my speedo stopped working, the Glow Plug light came on, the tach bounces when blinker is on, gear shift light goes off when lights are on...I am at a loss...ECM???

Update..grounds that i can get to look good. odometer is also not working, tach bounce only in left blinker..right blinker no issue, glow plug light also flashes when left blinker is on...never had an isssue like this before..any suggestions out there?
