So I ended up taking the intake manifold off again and replacing that line. I also replaced the rubber line coming off the front of the frame that goes to the lift pump. Still pissing fuel and I can't seem to find where it's coming from. I'm wondering now if a seal for a glow plug or injector is bad and it's coming out of there? What do you all think? Also its hardly noticeable in park at idle but when I put it in gear and start moving it really starts to come out. Even at low rpms.

Well gave the whole engine a good looken. Saw nothing. Gave it another look, still nothing. This fuel leak is making me crazy. Just can't figure it out. All that's left to do is replace the mechanical fuel pump. Doesn't look like that's where its coming from but its the only thing left.

I've also been thinking it might be a crack in the engine itself. A few years back my dad had a crack in his transfer case that you couldn't see and didn't leak at all, but when it was in 4x4 it would come out like crazy. I'm wondering if I have a crack in my engine and it only comes out when the engine is under load from driving??

There is NO fuel flowing anywhere in the engine.

The leak could be from the injection pump, but have you looked at the rear injectors yet?
They have caps on the back return line ports-if a cap is missing it is hard to notice without looking directly at it and is often overlooked.
