how many miles do u have on your 6.5td and how many can i expect to get out of one these thing with normal care? im not looking for #s on em with total rebuilds just flat out running down the road.

 

Mine went 304,000 before rebuilding.

 

i have two of these things one with 200000 and well taken care of ive had it for 12 and just got one with 170000 and its a bit rough

 

Got a 1997 express 354,900 miles and about to do a top end job. new heads and Ip. my. my 2000 has 463,728 on it and its all stock except for vacuum pump and glow plugs and a 2001 with 134.000 on the clock

 

6.5 td in 1998 k3500 crew cab duelly 4x4. 524000 and hopefully still many more. Change the oil every 3000 and keep the rpm down . She will last forever. Straight 3" pipe and using 100-1 two stroke oil to lube the pump . Relocate the pmd if not done yet. Saves a whole lot of grief. Everything is as it left the factory.

 

195000 on my 95 K2500. Turbo just went on it. My old 93 had 325000 on it before the trans took a dump, they're pretty reliable as long as they're taken care of.

 

278000 miles and still going strong!

I have 448XX on the 84 CUCV no it hasnt rolled over I Got it straight from the Goverment am planning next spring to covert it to 12volt and turbo charge it along hopefully a 8 lug swap to get a little better ratio in it 3.08 is a highway gear and my 93 has 221,XXX I am the second owner with it as well and I love that truck
