Default Changed complete fule system still no start!

So here we go truck stalled like someone shut off key, the usual for 6.5, long story short, I changed the IP, all injectors, crank sencer, ignition wiring harness, tried to bleed injector lines and no fuel is coming, brand new lift pump so I am getting fuel to the ip bc I cracked the "t" valve and had tonns of fuel. Fuel return line is clear, no codes except for glow plug sercet A? Not sur what that means yet but I do have glow on all my plugs ? Also checked all my grounds with a ground test volt meter, I have power to all my plug ins on my ip, all of my fuses are good , I have good connection from all of my plug ins right behind my fuel filter to my ECM, the IP I put on is brand new so the PMD is brand new and has power to it and the engine shut off solinoid has power , I have 2 brand new batteries, It has to be electrical bc I have done all th macinical stuff, is it the ECM bc that's another 500 bones that I do not want to spend

There is suppoosed to be a last ditch screen mounted on the fuel heater mast in the center of the filter housing-if it is plugged the IP won't get fuel.

Having fuel at the t-valve only tells you the LP is working-that line is pre filter and does little to prove fuel is making it to the IP.

Adding a fuel pressure gauge between the fiter and the IP will let you know what the fuel situation to the IP is.

A plugged filtrer or screen could be the problem?

Call Heath Diesel and discuss your trouble with them-they might better be able to help speaking directly with you and caoxing the proper info required.
