I'm buying a parts truck with the NV4500 to swap into my Auto truck. I know those trans have a PTO option, but I have not seen any other than on wreckers and rollbacks.
Does yours have it?

Yes my nv4500 has the pto ports on both sides of my 5spd. My cj5 that i sold had the sm420 4 spd with a pto port as well.
