Default 94 6.5L Wierd problems

So Im currently working on my daily driver, its a pretty much bone stock 94 K1500 6.5T with straight exhaust. Truck has 310,000m on it, truck started to act up and just randomly stutter really hard when driving and stalling. Replaced PMD and it didnt fix it so I replaced the Crankshaft position sensor. During the replacement of the sensor I made the mistake of accidentally cranking the motor over without the CPS being plugged in. Ever since then my truck takes upwards of 7-12 seconds of cranking to start. It doesn't seem like its getting fuel during the cranking. Then engine itself is alot louder, sounds like a cold cummins. But sounds normal when it is given alot of throttle.
Kind of seems like it is stuck advanced?
Any opinions on this? I'm at a loss.

Oh, and also smokes quite a bit more than it used to. Optical sensor?

If it smokes alot more than it used to then I would check the turbo vacuum and the lines for cracks.

I already had all those replaced. It doesn't smoke under heavy throttle. Only under low load like accelerating at 1/2 throttle.
