From what Ive been reading here the first place to start would be the PMD if you havent already done it. If its mounted on the IP they say its good to relocate it somewhere else because of the heat in that area. I would also make sure the lift pump is working right.

OPS powers the lift pump when the engine runs and is a common failure point,if you have any rust holes in the fuel line the IP won't draw fuel on it's own and you run out of fuel even though the tank is not empty.

A plugged vent in the filler cap can create high enough vacuum in the tank that fuel won't pull out of the tank no matter what also.

Then PMD is another stall causing part as well as worn out ignition switches.

OPS is under the intake in frt of the filter housing.

No PMD on a 93.

To test the LP you can put 12v to ALDL pin G,OPS still powers LP while engine runs, relay powers it during cranking.
