ECM controls idle.

Why do you ask?

 

engh motors downloadable program shld work laptop and you plug a obd1 /usb cord to connect them and should be able to adjust idle at different temperatures ..there is also a high idle mod to do as well

 

AFAIK idle table is set in the ECM and not adjustable other than high idle mod or a flashed chip/ECM

 

i downloaded gmtd scan i just order my cable and then ill be able to adjust the rpms

 

Please report back,I have yet to hear of anyone adjusting idle with that program and doubt it is possible.

Also the paid version is the only one with 2 way communication so if you went with basic you sure won't be able to make changes.

I have not had a chance to connect to a 94/95 yet since I got Scantech so I can't say for sure from experience.
