Default boost sensor?

First of was to thank everyone for all the advice y'all have given me, it is much more appreciated than any of y'all know

Now the question I have is, is the boost sensor the same thing as the turbo sensor or as the MAP sensor? Or am I completely wrong? I would like to find out so I can order the correct part to fix my truck

The boost pressure sensor, just measures the amount of boost pressure entering the intake of the head area.
What exactly is going on to help with a diagnosis?

Yes the boost sensor, map sensor and turbo sensor are all the same part.

Just don't let the parts guy give you a baro sensor.

It has been reported that switching to a 3 bar sensor available on ebay works better than the stock 2 bar sensor especially when running higher than stock boost.
As usual stick with AC Delco.

Ok well today I went and wiggled the connection on the boost sensor and started the truck and I now have no more check engine light, I have all the power in the world, the shifting issue stopped, the truck is running amazing right now I'm not cheering just yet though I'm gonna start it in the mornin and see what happens ill let y'all know if it stays this way or not
