What the heck??!! Bad valve?
I pulled the intake manifold off, to pull the head. I thought why not start it with it off.

I guess it it is. If so why doesn't the other port do the same? Plus I have a bad cyl #3. (not sure if it's rings or valve.)
To me it doesn't look right. Mind you, I know nothing about diesel engines.
