What pump did you change that allowed you to break bell housing bolts-the trans pump?

Injection pump is in the engine valley at the frt of the engine.
Was TDCO set after IP replacemet?

When was PMD replaced, before or after symptoms?Sometimes you get a bad one out of the box.

Default 6.5l turbo insanity

it all started with cruze on the high way on a down hill the truck would drop rpm to

maintain speed and then hit 2k rpm to pick up speed it would do it rather hard so i ??? it

a few times and didnt find any prob so took it too the dealer they said change the pump

and nothing about timming the pump so i asummed that it was like a 6.2 so i took it out

of my 96 parts truck and put it in mine and life was good then developed really hard

slamming on the highway as if the truck was comming apart but around town it was fine

it had lack in power and slugish but ran ok for the most part so one day i sat looking

under the hood and found the advance plug on the ip unplugged so when i plugged in the

advance plug on the ip i started the truck and it freaked out and what i mean by that is

at idle would not run below 1500 and it was very galupy like a gas engine with the choke

on and it would rev up on its own every few sec so i shut it off its my only truck and tried

plugging in my spare (new) pmd module and there was no change so i tried pulling the

computer and replaced my computer witch is 98 and put a 96 and its running normal

again but i cant just leave it like this i duno if the computer failed or something else is

wrong and the 96 program doesnt see it im kinda screwed here if u still cant understand

email me @ . . . jimmyboy762@yahoo.com and ill give u my phone number so i

can tell u cause its hard to type this all hahah thanks for ur help im just loosing my mind
