I got a 94 burb with a 6.5l turbo in it don't know a whole lot about it other than that got it buy doing some work for a guy in trade.He had a auto mechanic look at it and they say it's the IP I think it's the PMD. If I am or am not correct please tell me why and what is gonna be the best bang for the buck to get it up and running. All the help and info I could get would be greatly appriciated and I would be glad to give my help anyway I can I am a diesel mechanic by trade it's just that the 6.5's were a little before my time and I like the older stuff also I look forward learning everything I can about these motors.

 

Symptoms would be helpful??? the more we know the more we can help

 

You have to do some legwork for us first.

Does the LP run while cranking the engine over?
Do you have fuel at the filter when LP relay is jumper'd to run the LP?
Fuel at the IP inlet?
Fuel at any injectors?

 

sorry guys maybe I jumped the gun I have only been able to look at it a few times and won't actually get my hands on it for a couple of weeks yet but these r deffenitly the things I need to know to make sure of the problem so not trying to make it seem like I don't want to do the work just physically can't yet just trying to get prepared for when I do
