Default CDR canister "tuna can" removal how to???

I found a lot of good info on the CDR canister on the forum but I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to remove one from a 97 6.5? It's somewhat loosely held by a rubber grommet and is begging to be pried out but I'm afraid something will break off inside. Please help. Thanks!!

Update: it pops out.

Default

Just remove hose clamp from the middle of canister tht goes to intake and twist and pull upward at same te u shouldnt damage anything and the grommet in the valve cover should be replaced at the same time but b sure to rub some oil on the grommet to keep it from dryin out or leakin
