If the truck dies when the Tee valve is opened- the LP is not providing enough fuel.
That could be because of several reasons:
A bad lift pump-AC Delco from a 93 is the best stock replacement LP-FASS or Air Dog are good expensive aftermarket options.
A bad LP ground can also cause excess current draw from the LP.
A plugged vent in the filler cap causing more vacuum in the tank than the LP can overcome.
A plugged sending unit sock preventing enough fuel flow.
A bad OPS not powering the LP-AC Delco ONLY for OPS replacement and google "OPS relay mod" and build it or buy a kit from Kennedy Diesel.
Another problem could be a plugged fuel filter or last ditch screen that is located in the fuel manager on the fuel heater mast.
