Default help with air in fuel lines

ok so ima put up as much information as i can so i can get some help diagnosis if im on the wrong track
my truck is a 1995 gmc sierra sl 3500 quad cab dually 6.5
pmd relocated #9 resistor
new ops
new lp
new fuel filter
new bosch injectors
new ip 10k ago
thermostat removed
new interstate megatron 800cca batteries
new 2 awg battery cables
new autolite 1110 glow plugs(i honestly wouldnt use any autolite product on my bicycle but they were new and free so i used them)
new 10 awg wires to glow plugs
dialectric greas on all applicable components
stock exhaust for now
stock intake for now
new turbo
so back to the subject i bought the truck 2 months ago its my first diesel i love the truck but i got it for a steal with a blown head gasket (drivers side ) so pulled it apart cylinder 7 the gasket was blown out the rear towards the trans. i inspected the head everything was clean no cracks no leaking valves ect inspected the cylinders they looked good no ridge at top of cylinders hone and cross hatch clear and visible pistons looked great no cracks in block. pulled oil pan off and inspected main webbs cleaned with brake cleaner no cracks.
so i cleaned and prepped everything and reasembled with all new fel-pro gaskets and head bolts...my problem is truck wont start no fuel to injectors i jumped off the lift pump with a piece of wire and bled out fuel filter housing and that t fitting at the thermostat. i crank the truck a little bit then go through and crack the fuel lines at the injectors then tighten them up and repeat still no luck iv spent more time trying to bleed the fuel lines than i spent doing the head gasket. please help

Leave 1 injector line loose and crank the starter over for no more than 15 seconds without a 1 minute cooldown period between cranking sessions for the starter to cool off.

After repeating this practice up to about 3 times the truck should fire, then tighten the loose injector line.

It doesn't have to be done this way since the injectors self bleed but I find this the easiest way to get the job done.

After all your work be sure that the 3 ground wires at the passenger side of the rear intake are clean and secure and be sure the IP harness ground is clean and secure on top of the IP ONLY.

Question:Have you seen any smoke from the exhaust yet while you have been trying?

It helps to be sure that your glow plugs are all working properly as well.

IP harness ground(PMD ground)should only be fastened to the IP or the drivers side battery ground or both for good measure!

Dribbles of fuel from the IP lines is normal-it can't squirt unless there is a restriction.

Leave the glow plugs out and reattach the injector lines, then crank the engine untill all cylinders fog fuel out the glow plug holes.
then put the glow plugs back in and start it up.

some more info before i done the head gasket i tried to use that blue devil stuff and it said after it runs for 50 minutes drive it and i got about 1/4 mile away from my house and shut off and i had to tow it home i didnt try to startit after that. then i actually done the head gasket.....i flushed the oil and cooling system out also.....im wondering if pmd may have something to do with my problems its just relocated to a heat sink on top of the intake i know its not the best place previous owner done it .

Everyone with a 94+ 6.5 should have a working spare PMD for emergency and diagnostic use, there is a possibility that you have a faulty PMD,but if fuel does come from the injector lines it would suggest that the PMD is working.
