You need to find out why there is no fuel. When you say no fuel do you mean while it's running ? The lift pump on a 95 will not run unless there is oil pressure. You can run the lift pump by putting 12v to pin g on the data link connector under the dash(where the scanner would plug in)

PMI engine? Did you replace the PMD? when was the last time the fuel filter was changed, when you take the fuel cap off is there a pressure release? (like on a vehicle with fuel injection?) there should NOT be... thats what I was told...

Oil pressure on the gauge means nothing to the lift pump circuitry.
The OPS is a multi contact switch, the LP circuit can burn out but leave the gauge circuit intact.

Replace OPS with AC Delco ONLY if there is no power to the LP while the engine is running, and google OPS relay mod and install for long term reliability.

Replace the fuel filler cap with a diesel specific cap,the diesel cap is vented to allow pressure out and air in-plugged venting can cause a vacuum in the tank sufficient to stop fuel flow even with a working lift pump and after engine shut down can even evacuate some fuel from the IP through the return line causing hard starting like it had been run out of fuel. The lift pump is supposed to have a checkvalve to prevent backflow but can free flow fuel in the proper direction upon failure allowing the IP to draw fuel to run(poorly)as long as there are no air leaks on the suction side.
