Hi i was wondering if i could buy just a bare block 6.5 turbo diesel redesigned 6500 optimizer or penn 400 just block. everywhere i c as far as pennisular diesel and ww williams ands ssdiesel supply only sell longblocks. however i didnt call and ask if they sold bare block. i found a bare block new claimed too be redesigned for 1500$ at 6-5liter.com does anyone know if these are good says on web site made in usa. thanks

 

I think Peninsular will supply whatever you ask for.

The other aftermarket block options are not yet proven or top quality from what I have read.

There have been major machining corrections needed or are just unknown origin.
