Default Big time upgrades?

I have a 96 6.5 and was thinking if i completely reduing the engine, like bore it out and fit duramax piston, heads, arp head studs, twin turbos, intercooler, all the good stuff. Is any of this possible? Ive looked everywhere and i cant find anyone whos done this to a 6.5. Id just like to have a truck that will blow the cummins and duramaxs out of the water, but say "Detroit" on the window. This is just a possible project so any advice is appreciated. Like i said, this was just a THOUGHT, so please dont hate. Thanks

You won't get Dmax pistons to work, you can get ovrsized 6.5 pistons with 18:1 compression to handle higher boost but you will never get the power #'s you are looking for from the 6.5.

The blocks were not made to handle it,for starters there are not enough head bolts around the cylinders to provide adequate clamping for the head gaskets, the main webs are too weak also even with splayed caps or a truss.

You can get steel cranks from pesacola diesel or cast steel cranks from scat though.
