Default 75' c-10 scottsdale 6.5 swap

I have this truck, picked it up for $1,500 has a th375 from some rwd car, and a 3.83 10 bolt rear end long bed. This truck is a 1/2 ton, came with a 350 sbc and a th350 "which I cracked the case of, long story" I have a brand new drive shaft, but I sold the engine to a guy while I had another engine on hold "it was too good a deal to pass up, for a performance cam and extras" but now the engine is sold, and the other guy sold the engine out from under me with cash in hand "dirty rotten thieving scoundrel" I have a 6.5 from a 97' 3500 lying around not doing a damn bit of good. what would it take to get it in my truck??? "same mounts"
I know I'll have to use a different set of springs and shocks in the front end because of the increased engine weight. I also know that I will have to move the engine mount brackets forward, as well as use a different cross tube for behind the engine. I will be using all new bearings, and seals as well as a 92-93 mech pump and lines, and it needs a brand new clutch plate. can I use the same 2200 stall torque converter??? what will I need to make this work. I plan to drive it across the country in two months.
I have brand new bosch glow plugs, and some exhaust donuts, as well as a small intercooler to work with a louvered hood hole "came from a wrx, so It's damn small"

are the sbc motor mounts the same, or do I need the 6.5 td ones?

I am currently looking at components on autopartswarehouse.com and want to get everything I need, fan clutch, all engine gaskets, bearings, and anything else that could go bad on this thing halfway across the country. I am not sure n which components to buy, like which fan clutch or if there is a better water pump, I'll get that. any advice would be helpful. I'm just a Vet trying to get home.

thanks, Semper Fi,

Nintendo

crap, I keep forgetting to add more detail, I want to remove the vacuum pump, what all do I have to do for that? I basically want reliability, not looking for performance, fuel economy would be good, but is not necessary at this point. I am also deleting the EGR with a block off plate welded into the intake manifold inlet. I do know that these things need new water pumps and t-stats, as well as blocking off the EGR. I am not planning on taking the heads off and putting head studs in, and will run stock boost, but I am not really sure on component specifics.

so, digging around on the interwebz, I found this:
6.5L in a 1970 Chevy C-10 - Page 2 - TheDieselPage.com Forums
looks like I will need BBC motor mounts, otherwise the exhaust will hit, or so this guy says. I wonder? also I am pretty sure that the tranny combo won't work, because of the lack of vacuum, is there a workaround for this?

I need to source a 4911 pump core, any ideas, did some more reading online and found this:

yet another good 6.5 buildup

I found even more info here:
6.2/6.5 Diesel Conversions - The High Points - TheDieselPage.com Forums
looks like I need to rid myself of the 2200 stall torque converter and get one rated for a diesel, what are the torque converters rated for the 6.5?
I am looking for a mech pump currently.

So doing a little math I need 33" tires to make this work and 3.08 gears in the rear end, puts me at about 1375 rpm's at 65mph, pretty good. judging by the torque that this thing makes I can get away with a pretty low ratio for rear gearing. now the trick is to get the right torque converter without breaking the bank.
