Default 95 Chevy 6.5 stalling please help

Hi my names Jake and I am new to the forum and hoping you guys could help me iv read through a lot but thought it would be better if i posted exactly what my problem is and listened to what you have to say. I have a 1995 Chevy 6.5 turbo diesel I recently bought used it was a mistake, had to get new heads as old ones were cracked, replaced glow plugs, rebuilt injectors, after that relocated the pmd to the air intake. It ran good but hot then had a noise ended up being the vacuum pump so replaced that, then had an antifreeze leak think its the water pump but not sure. Put 4 inch diamond eye straight pipe on and ran good plus sounded good but now 2 weeks later my truck has started stalling randomly. Sometime stopped at a red light, sometimes while going up a hill, sometimes after slowing down, it just seems random. It started stalling Tuesday Iv only drove short trips this week all under ten miles so it wasn't hot. I need help any ideas on what it could be or how to test would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

I have no warning lights at all when it is running when i go far and the truck gets hot i get a check engine light that comes on when i am in between 1500 and 1700 rpms. That use to be how it was all the time before i replaced the pmd but now only when i go far over 30 miles. When it stalled the first time i had a battery light come on i don't think it has come on in the other stalls but i am more worried about making sure i don't get hit and either restarting or getting off the road do to it stalling as i am driving.

How do i get the codes i have tried having them read before by a auto parts store but they don't have the right reader because my truck is a 95

sorry for the late reply went to a friends house who said he had a reader but it didn't work i will check tomorrow and let you know i was also told to go to the diesel shop that rebuilt my injectors and have them test fuel pressure. I don't know how they do it but i will go see them and post about what they have said thank you.

just got the codes checked there were not any he said he thinks it is a sensor and to run the truck until a check engine light comes on and then bring it to him and don't turn it off. I don't think a check engine light is going to come on because it hasn't yet and its been having problems any suggestions?

If you are having a CPS issue the SES light may or may not come on but it will still throw a CPS code if you do decied to replace the CPS do not I repeat do not use a BWD CPS hey are junk I repeat junk get a AC/DELCO or one from napa as these are premium part and anything else is total crap IMO

That was one of the things me and the mechanic talked about he said the same thing you did but he doesn't think that is the problem.

He doesn't think that is the problem because it doesn't start hard it fires right back up after it stalls. I ran it today no stalling and last night with no stalling but now i'm worried to drive the truck far not knowing if it will run or not.
