He did settle up with the guy 6 YEARS LATER!!!!!!, denied it at first of course then settled up 6 years later should tell you something.

 

He seems to have some issues with clearing his name...like not doing it at all.

 

Ok...took your advice and called him again and talked to him this morning.He asked again for my name and address and said he would send me the money today!Im still going to wait and see if he follows thru and keep you posted...Thanks Jim

 

Billy, this is in no way your fault man, no matter what he says. You selling your truck shouldn't have mattered one bit. 4 months is not acceptable. If you can't ship something out in 4 months, you shouldn't be selling squat. The only way to prevent others from running into this issue is to post his name. Don't feel bad about doing that in the future.

 

Some one should "Flag " his profile maybe.. then he has to pay or he leaves the forum. Pay your bills dont rip off fellow members.. Being here is a privlage not a way to scam people....

Dr.Evil...I was able to get him on the phone last week and told him who I was and why I was calling...I gave him my name and address again and he said he would send the money and today I received a USPS money order from him so we are all square with this.Thanks for your support....I know stuff can happen and I always try to give people the benifit of doubt and Im glad he held up his end.....Jim
