......
First tackle the weening, at least til all but the bedtime feedings are eliminated, then think about having her sleep in her own bed. Too many changes at once will probably stress her out too much and cause her to have big crying upsets. That's the same reason why to do the weening one feeding at a time and not two in a row. These changes are probably a one to two month project, if you want to do it gently without alot of stress on her and you and everyone else in hearing range... ...
When she's not stressing from the feeding changes:
Do the same rotation with sleeping in her own bed, change one nap at a time if she takes more than one nap a day. First, where does she nap? If she naps in your bed with you, have her start napping alone or let her fall asleep with you there, then get up and sneak to a different room, and let her wake up there alone. If she already naps in your bed alone, have her start napping in her bed.

The simplist way to start is, if possible, move her to her own bed after she is sound asleep, then she won't fuss about it, and will just wake up in her own bed. Then when she wakes up confused about it, act like its a big fun surprise and do a whole hug and cuddle "happy-moment-cuz-you-slept-in-your-own-bed" thing, celebrate it, its a big change, make it a happy "congratulations big girl" one. You could even drop subtle hints a while before you first try it about how big girls sleep in their own bed, or "someday when you're a big girl you'll nap in your own bed", etc.
Later when all naps are in her bed for a couple weeks, have her start sleeping in her bed at night. You could do the same thing, moving her after she's asleep if she's a sound sleeper, if she's not, there's other approaches, it tends to be more stressful, tho, cuz she's going to know what's going on, and usually they don't want to change. This is perfectly natural, tho, so don't let it worry you, just know that she will change, and its in your control to lead her to a new routine, one step at a time and no one loses their marbles......

Try getting the sippy cup and doing cuddle with Mommy and sippy cup time, instead of nursing, or distract her with a story, or some kind of play, so she forgets she wanted to nurse.

Yea she loves her books, Im thinking of inventing a boob, portable. soft and suckable. kinda like a soother but not, bigger i guess,,lmao.. j/k..I dont know, today i was working and she sick still , MY cousins come from mexico with there baby girl whos was sick , so it attacked her nose.. cry , sniffling , runny nose demanding me to stop and feed, so there i sit on the side of the road , nursing my baby. a bottle she would have threw it at me and a cup she never wanted,, she got a good aim too btw.. So i gave in, usually she sleeps in the dmax but not today she wanted BOOB!. Ive been trying to tell her it hurts momy, cause she holds on with her teeth now....and i can hardly get my finger in her mouth she gets lock jaw..., but once i feed her she was ok to go again.......anyhow, i know in time ill have to let it go, and she will too, just slow and like ya said one thing at a time.. shes potty training too..shes got lots of stuff going on in her busy little life........

Try giving her some yogurt to get her system back on track, and about her stuffy nose, don't give her any milk or cheese, and since you are still nursing, don't eat any either! Dairy will thicken mucus and keep the stuffy nose business hanging on, but yogurt doesn't, cuz its more broken down.

When she falls asleep on you, when she's not miserable sick, move her to her own bed, let her finish out her nap there, eventually the naps will get longer when she's used to being in her own bed. It'll probably take a month or two to change.
