I filled it, thinking it was empty and it blurped over..

I dipped my finger in the top.. I also have this in my radiator cap too.. what do you guys thing is going on with it? I do not have any antifreeze in the oil. but it seems to be going through antifreeze... Help!

yup fluids are mixing somewhere, does it have an oil cooler in the radiator ?

I heard that the 700's are known for having a gasket in the waterpump go bad and break up. When the do then you loose your antifreeze. My 04 has never had an issue in 1800 miles but my buddies exact same machine had the problem in 1200. but i didnt think it was supposed to mix into the oil. Just a place to start asking around?

I have 88 hours on it and 415 miles on it! Im in the process of flushing the coolant.. noticed everything in the radiator is nice and green, only in the resivoir is it nasty looking..

looks like oil, but could it be mud? my grizzly 550 has been known to get mud in weird places...
