did you sign a service contract with them guys? i'd go higher up, talk to their boss and then their boss's boss and tell them since their transponder broke they need to make your internet work or you're not going to pay the bill. keep track of the days you are without internet. divide yer bill by the days in the month and subtract the ammount of days w/o internet times the ammount per day from the bill and let them figure it out. also in the for section of the check put the invoice number and write on it payment in full. that's your proof that they accepted it as payment for that invoice. i had to do that a few times with my old job and it only took a few times of only paying half the bill and talking to supervisors before they finally came down and replaced some wiring going to the shopping center we were in.....

Obviously Its working and No i dont have a contract i pay $70 per mth for internet and its barly faster than dail up IT SUCKS they keep trying to get me to reup for 2 years and get a free faster modem ect.. and i tell them NO as soon as any other option comes my way im burning there Equipment
