We plow with our 350 rancher 4x4 with a 50" county blade... just be smart and don't let it pile way up and you'll be fine. If you know you're getting non stop snow for 24 hours, do it a few times during the storm, it will be much easier on you and your equipment.

3500 really isn't much on these newer machines.

More important than miles is the condition it's in and how it was kept. If it's been maintained you shouldn't have to worry about anything.

In my opinion, 3500 miles on a 4 wheeler is a lot but I have a cousin with 8500 on his 07 sportsman 800

I wouldn't spend money on a used one with that many miles. I just sold my 05 Sportsman 500 with 2500 miles on it, and I always took care of it but in the last months things were just starting to wear out

Well would you rather buy a new 4 wheeler with new parts, or buy a used one and start replacing parts?

It's just like trucks, some trucks are still in great shape with high miles, it really boils down to how it was used and how it was taken care of. I've seen trucks with 150k miles that I'd buy over some trucks with less than 50k miles!!!
