no buzzing by the tank. gonna take the fuel filter lid off this morning and bump the starter and see.

 

Phil yer lp isnt by the tank....its under yer fuel filter.........didnt we cover this in the post count thread?????

 

When you bump the starter (just turn the key until it trys to start - then turn off)...you should be able to hear the lift pump run for 25 seconds or so. That being said, some LPs will run but not pump any or enough fuel....so, we are back to having to check the fuel pressure.

i just got a holley black off ebay for 80.00 bucks....brand new never used.... so my sugestion to you is go look on ebay....i upgraded for less then it was for me to replace with the stock carter.....

 

what should I search...just holley black?

well i ran mine thru the stock carter pump and i am running about 24lbs of FP at idle and cruising at 70 i will run about 20 to 22bls of FP WOT is 16lbs......now seeing as how your stock LP is no good you will probally need the relocation kit for the LP.. you can run either a holley black or holley blue. the blue will supply less FP then the black most guys run the blue.....
