Montgomery Gentry redid that song or he redid the song from them but about every country station plays it this time of year.....

 

I think that's originally his IIRC but yeah MG redid and so did the Dixie Dykes Chicks

Robert Earl wrote that song when Montgomery Gentry was still a poopin' yellow, it leaves the classification of real country music when they sing it, so I just ignore the fact that those two wannabe's ever recorded it.
