The fish is definitely a great idea. I go fishin around here all the time, Mostly flyfishing catch and release but I should start going to the ponds and catching a couple fish to fry up.

Favorite cheap college meals

I would buy about 5lbs ground meat beans and tomato sauce which made a cheap chili and i usually made bout 15-20 quarts at a time. then you can have chili, frito pie, I've even done spaghetti with it. Eating it for one or two meals a day I could make about 3 weeks off it

Top Ramen mixed with Wolf Chilly, smoked polish sausage and cheese. I always had salad fixings, spaghetti sauce, Hamburger, noodles, to make about anything. A big ole log of baloney to bar-beque when I am out of cash!
