I just recently started dating a girl i've been talking to for a while, and she likes to take me out to dinner, and pays for things we do sometimes. I kinda like it, but i hate people paying for things for me.

I eat soup when i'm trying to eat cheap. $2 for a can of campbells chunky soup and some crackers isn't bad. I Love ramen noodles, i'd probably eat them if i were rich lol

I do the mac and cheese with hotdogs, throw in a can of corn or green beans then you have a whole meal. I also did the sandwichs for lunch, and occaionally did half a link of sausage with rice for a meal. Cereal is always cheap for breakfast food if you have the time to sit down and eat it!

Shells and cheese with tuna and polish sausage and kraut! Very easy ones!

It's called a Cougar, or a sugar mama. They go to all the clubs that 21 year olds go to.:tttt::c:

Cheap and good? This is way too easy!

Spam omelette is a good one, and if you can't make this or Mac & Cheese you need to be beaten. Spam and Mac & Cheese is awesome, too.

Beef stroganoff is another one. A bag of extra wide egg noodles, a pound of lean ground beef or chopped lean beef, and some Hidden Valley Ranch makes a good meal for about 4 people. Brown the ground beef (or cook the chopped lean meat), brown some sliced onion as you finish cooking the meat, season with some garlic powder and a little seasoned salt. Boil the noodles, drain, and toss with some butter so they don't stick. Mix the noodles, meat, and Ranch dressing, then serve.

Taco rice is another really good one. Lean ground beef with taco seasoning on top of a bed of rice. Add some diced tomatoes and onions, shredded lettuce and cheese, and serve like you would tacos with salsa, salsa verde, or (again) Ranch dressing.

Noodle bowls. I like Nong Shim way better than Top Ramen or Cup 'O Noodle because there is more flavor and a larger serving, and if you get the Udon Noodle bowls it looks and tastes more like a meal.

Eggs and corned beef hash. This is literally the under a buck breakfast. I like to keep the hash in the can shape once you get it out of the can, then slice it so it keeps the circle shape. I like doing a thumb width because it's the right amount with an egg or two, it cooks faster, and you can get almost a week's breakfast from a single can. Brown the hash and cook the egg sunny side up. Serve with toast, English muffin, or a warm croissant.

The big thing is also where you shop and what you're buying. If you check the labels you can find out who is packing the product and just buy the cheaper of the two. I use pineapples as a great example; you could buy a can of Dole pineapples for 2 or 3 bucks (or more) or check the label on the "no-name" brand to see who packed it, and generally its also Dole or one of their sub-companies that they've bought out.

For the pork roast idea add a bottle of mojo to it and you can have pulled pork cuban sandwiches for a long time. Be prepared for neighbors to ask what your cookin with. Or you can add your favorite BBQ suace to it.

Not the way I was raised :nope:

For at least the first couple of dates, Im going to pay for everything. If it turns into something steady, then Id be willing to split it up a little.
