Ripped off by navy_welder for 700 dollars
Dont trust Navy_welder (Bobbie williams). I dont usualy say bad things about people, but i have been pushed to far! Maybee i will save one of you hounest people from being taken advantage of. I sent 700 dollars to him without blinking an eye cause he said when he got money he would pull nv4500 with flyweel and bellhousing and put on pallet so i could arange shipment. so i waited and no responce so i sent mesage no responce so i sent more messages and he sent back that he was working 7 days a week, ok! I waited another week or two so i sent more messages and now 3 monthes latter he sent message that he has medical problem. I was raised to make deal on hand shake and houner what i say, but i dont think he was. all i want is the parts i payed for or my monney back, is that unfair of me? Any ideas on what to do now would be appreciated from you guys i hope i dont have to file suit against him what a pain! One dissounest pearson ruins things for manny people. Now i sold my auto and have no tranny so im in the market for a 2nd nv4500 haha. I have been told by others here that he has not fofiled agreement with them to so i think im not the only one. Now im afraid to do deal without some inshurance.

First off, i hope you kept every single piece of correspondence from him, emails etc. Also send him this letter. What he has done is a federal crime. Maybe itll scare him into getting your parts to you.

If not, file charges and sue in small claims court. However, be advised, you will have to show up in HIS county for the hearing.
Good luck

File in your county/state, he won't show and it will be a default judgement in your favor.
Then you file a lien against his income tax refund with the Fed using the judgement in your favor, and they'll send you the money. If he hasn't filed yet this year, you'll have it in a couple weeks, or if he has you'd get it next year.
Been a while since I've had to do it, but it can be done.
