i had a buddy in college that made grape wine, wow that was great, i actually take glass jars and fill them with FRESH fruit, blue berries, cherries, rasberries, black berries, you can mix them or seperate them, either way, fill the jar completely full, then cover them to the top with moonshine and let them soak til the colors exchange, the berries should be dull looking and the moonshine should be the color of the berries, both are consumable and both taste great, pour the liquid off and put it in some jars for safe keeping and keep the berries to eat.....MMMMMMMMMM, that stuff'll make a puppy pull a freight train.....makes pretty good jelly too.....

I found this site for making wine, This sounds to easy. Need to start making it now so I have a supply for the lake next summer. I would think the longer it sits the better it gitshttp://plaza.ufl.edu/scott28/wine.html

I haven't made any since college. then my roommate and I had 5 gallons coming off every 2 weeks. Made usually from wild grapes, but did a little melon, and sangria. I'll see if I can dig up the old recipe book and post them up, Its real simple, bakers yeast, sugar, fruit and water, let it sit, and get sloshed for about 75 cents a gallon.

my roomate in college went to jail for hauling moonshine out of indiana into ohio going to pennsylvania, he spent a week in Delaware county jail in ohio, cost him 5k in fines and 5 years probation, thats why ya dont get caught, of course he also had 10 gallons of pure shine.........i dont think you could get away with that as "personal consumption"........
