Default had a little accident

Anyone computer savvy?So i spilled coffee on my 3 week old laptop.It was on,I turned it off and took the battery out it seemed to be fine when it turned off,turned it upside down let it dry for a day turned it on works fine but how do i get the stickiness out of the keys?and should i still take it in to get it all out? Thanks

As in keys sticking down or just sticky to the touch? If it's the second a little rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball works wonders.

the keys on the right side are all stuck in the down position.when i pressed them they didnt come back up

This is for a desktop keyboard, but I suspect the same theory would work on a laptop.

thanks for responding guys i guess im taking it to the pros because they said the coffee is still inside on the core and everything else and they will most likely replace the keyboard

shoulda just poped all the keys off the cleaned them then put them back on
