Taser Troubles

vancouver police are in big trouble over taser death..
but i think the cop never took his leg off his throat, thats how the guy died.. if you get to see the video..you see the poor guy die right on film......

Well he was stuck in the airport for ten hours and didnt speak the language, His mother told him to stay in the baggage department till she got there, and he did.
I m not sure why she took so long , different flight maybe?? anyhow, no body was answering his questions cause they couldnt speak polish. so he became mad and started throwing chairs and ****, the security guys called police, 4 came one tasered him and the other three held him down. One cop held his knee on his throat to restain him for way to long and it killed him..you can see it all on the video................ wish i could get that video. They relised it to the media for money. just some random guy took it from the airport.

Yea theres a big enquiry on it right now,
Theres another dude that got tasered yesterday and it never did anything so then they beat the crap outta him hes in critical condition at the hospital.... They get these rookys that are just outta school, and must be little wimps cause they cant hold the dude down... its better if they shoot him in the leg or something, leasat he wont die. and theyd sure listen then......

I don't buy it for a minute. The VPD simply don't need to use tasars most of the time. The issue could have been handled well with an arm hold and a knee to the spleen - hand cuffs and cool off in the brig. That said, like the RCMP, and our Military I support them both in their decision.
Was he off base, you bet. I don't think I would have gone nuts even if I was that pissed off - polish or not. Should there have been translators present, yes probably but I'm not sure you can account for every language or dielect out there.
As far as self defence - ya, nope, can't have that up here and frankly IT is a better place for lack of it but we all know that our friends to the south see it MUCH different than we do up here.
