well apparently this issue isnt over. the seller responded claiming he was goin to make good on this deal. over a month now and nothing. guess im out of luck but i think ive learned my lesson. its a real shame ive had some great dealings with the people on this site. ive bought and sold parts. helped people out with parts they needed and had the favor returned. so again if anyone knows this guy "justin" aka az coal roller and your man enough to stand up for whats right please help a guy out

hey this is justin, i told him it would be a little bit tell i could get them sent out. Im still in the ER with a broken arm and leg that has a bad bone infection and cant get on here much. and if want his money back i can sent to him but im not out to and one over

I would take it to small claims and file suit, it will cost you $20.00 for filing. You can file it in your county, the burden would be on him to either show up and defend or have a judgment placed on him.
You have photos, text messages and the courts cab summons bill of lading to get the shipping weight. There is no way, I would get screwed and take it. If nothing else, get your money for the parts that you have to buy, bought due to damage and shipping.

he is a little late for that , and the seller wanted to wait till the check cleared to send the injectors so no matter what it wouldn't have worked
