we work here with alot of exotic metals...stainless. inconelle, hastoloy, incoloy....crap like that.........course none of these are spelled right

Inconel and hastelloy would be radical overkill fo this application due to being designed for high pressure and temp applications like those seen in oil/gas wells and plants. Not to mention extremely expensive. SS however would be something worth looking at using with an air to water cooler.

for the pressures involved I would think that aluimnum would be just fine

Aluminum would be good as long a its not cast. Aluminum and 303 stainess have similar properties.

Not sure what owning a Vette has to do with cooling an intercooler.

the post was to your original post of this thread. how the guy wants to pipe the exhaust to his intake. my dad is a vette owner 76 anniversary
he comes on here and reads the posts some times i was hoping he would read my post too. just screwin around.

If ya wouldnt suck on the end of the exhaust pipe you might not get anymore head aches.
